Training Policy

Free Retake Eligibility: If you miss the current session of the PMP or CAPM course due to any unforeseen commitment, you are eligible for a free retake.

Upcoming Batch Options: You can join any of the next two upcoming batches to complete the course at no additional cost.

Simple Enrollment Process: To secure your spot in the upcoming batch, simply inform the course provider in advance to facilitate your re-enrollment.

Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations made up to 7 days before the start of the class are eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be issued for those who have attended all or part of the class.
• Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 6 business days before the class start date or on the day of the class.
• No refunds will be granted for no-shows on the day of the class.
• A 15% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 business day before the class begins.
• To receive a Certificate of Completion, students must attend 80% or more of the total class duration.
